WHOAAAA!

I just realized I've had this thing for 3 years now! December 23 was the anniversary hehehe

Hurray for 3 years of babbling nonsense that hardly anyone reads! \(^_^)/

Florida was great, everyone stop going to SeaWorld cuz they've "sold out" (for lack of a better way to shortly describe it), and the Belgian boy has departed this country to return to his homeland - but it was lots of fun when he was here.

By the way, I'm sick of my friends being emo. I'm trying SO HARD not to do that anymore (feeling bad for *myself* etc) but it just seems that no one is into staying in good moods anymore and everytime I see people they're in a crappy mood. Either that or are wondering why they invited me over cuz I'm SO NERDY :-p Is it so bad to want the people your visiting to at least ACT like they're happy to see you? Rather than meekly saying "Hey. C'mon in." Especially after you haven't seen them in like a month. I mean, I always do it - even if I'm not reeeeeeeally happy to see someone (athough, trust me, I usually am), I always greet them in a way I think is polite - excitement to see them. Psh, maybe I just see the world differently than others - no one ever seems to live up to what I consider "good manners." Almost no one.
Oh well. I'm going on nearly a month of almost non-stop good mood, and I'm not about to let people's stupidity ruin it for me!

You may scoff at it, but The Secret really works! Yes, even I thought the idea was a little....out there....when I first heard it...but I'm an open-minded person and I tried it - and yes, it works!
On that note, I recommend the book The Celestine Prophecy, which has very similar ideas (adding truth to the secret since more than one person came to these conclusions on their own) and even extends on them. The book is, in my opinion, very poorly written. BUT if you look past the sometimes lame fiction/non-fiction story telling to see the message the author is trying to tell, you can see a truth in it, and if you're like me it'll change the way you see the world.
I was spiritually lost for quite a long time because what I learned in the church (and in other religions) just didn't seem right to me. Now, through revelations I've made on my own and with the help of books like the ones mentioned, I've been able to see the deeper message that these institutions were trying (and, in many cases, failing miserably - or at least doing it in the wrong way) to convey. Now I can see that all religions are one, they just have different ways of expressing the same message. I mean, I've always thought that (that all Gods/Goddesses were essentially representatives of the "powers that be" created by humans, and that they all exsisted simply because they all represented this one power) but now....I know. It's very strange, yet enlightening. ......And hard to explain >_< Sorry, lol. I'm not making much sense, am I? Oh well, some things you'll just have to figure out on your own. It's more meaningful if you do anyway ^_^
