=OO They're actually going through with it? I watched a documentary on that building and they just want to build it as a little community within. It's one of their solutions to the growing population. The issue that they had with it was that since Japan's made up of basically sand and they don't have any bed-rock, the building wouldn't stand if there was a earthquake and it would sink eventually. O.o They want to do what Taiwan did.
Yea, I don't think they're going to tear down Tokyo Tower XD They just said that they're going to build it higher than Tokyo Tower and that Tokyo Tower is their landmark that you can see from a far distance or something or that sort XD. Don't worry XD.
